Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs and maintain program architecture for build
Lead and implement manufacturing plans
Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements
Provide producibility information for project plans and document producibility best practices
Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions
Resolve technical problems affecting performance, cost, or schedule
Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts
Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems
Implement lean principles and technologies
Improve Manufacturing Engineering processes, tools, function, and deliverables
Manage cost, schedule, and quality of deliverables using project management skills
Document and communicate ME best practices
Deploy company Lean Enterprise analysis methods
Collaborate with engineering disciplines, suppliers, and customers
Perform root cause analysis and develop engineering-based corrective actions
Demonstrates expertise in Manufacturing Engineering processes, project management, and the implementation of lean principles to enhance production efficiency. Proficient in developing and validating production methodologies and tooling designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
