Job summary

Tech-Marine Business is seeking a Mid-Level Management Analyst to lead management consulting and organizational improvement initiatives supporting Navy customers at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.

Responsibilities include guiding analysis projects, designing performance measurement systems, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience.
• Experience leading organizational improvement efforts.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Salary Range: $68,500.00 To $95,000.00 Annually
