Tech-Marine Business is seeking a Management Analyst in Washington, DC, to support Navy programs at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of professional experience, experience with performance measurement and business analysis, and an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include conducting organizational studies, developing metrics and reporting tools, analyzing data, and advising on policy changes.

Salary Range: $57,500.00 To $68,500.00 Annually

TMB is seeking a Management Analyst to perform business process analysis and organizational performance assessments supporting Navy programs at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.

• Conduct organizational studies and business process evaluations.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Prepare reports and recommendations for management review.
