Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a mid-level transactional associate with 3+ years of experience to join our Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Phoenix, or St. Louis office. While these locations are preferred, we are open to candidates barred in states and reside in cities where we have offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting M&A documents and conducting due diligence, with excellent academic credentials and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a transactional associate.
• Experience drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience performing due diligence for transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with lawyers and non-lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Draft merger and acquisition documents.
• Conduct due diligence in preparation for transactions.
