Responsibilities

• Join the Commercial Finance Group in Milwaukee and work on loan transactions.
• Prepare and review loan documents, term sheets and closing certificates.
• Coordinate with partners, associates and clients to advance deals.
• Help maintain client relationships and contribute to matter management.

Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly-qualified junior to mid-level Associate to join the Commercial Finance Group in our Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working on sophisticated commercial loan transactions. Benefit eligibility is dependent on hours. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience, education, and skills of the applicant, including book of business for more experienced roles, and other job-related factors. The range for associates physically located in Chicago is $190,000 to $280,000 per year.
