Job summary

Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a mid-level transactional associate with 3+ years of experience to join our Milwaukee, Madison, Indianapolis, Phoenix, or St. Louis offices.

While Milwaukee is a targeted location, we welcome candidates barred in states with offices who reside in such cities. The ideal candidate will draft documents related to mergers and acquisitions and perform due diligence in preparation for transactions.
