McGuireWoods in Los Angeles (Century City) seeks an Associate to join its Litigation Department. The role involves handling a diverse docket of complex commercial litigation, including class actions, consumer fraud, unfair competition, and business disputes, with early responsibility and direct client interaction.

Associates work with trial attorneys on high-stakes cases across technology, aerospace, food & beverage, apparel, consumer products, entertainment, and financial services.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience with complex commercial litigation matters is preferred.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
• California Bar admission is required.

Responsibilities

The Los Angeles – Century City office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Litigation Department.

Our Los Angeles based team handles a diverse docket of complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, consumer fraud, unfair competition, and general business disputes. Associates work alongside experienced trial attorneys on high-stakes cases spanning a broad range of industries—including technology, aerospace, food and beverage, apparel, consumer products, entertainment, and financial services. Salary: $260,000-$390,000
