The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant litigation experience, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and a California Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience with complex commercial litigation matters such as class actions, consumer fraud, unfair competition, or business tort claims is preferred.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills are essential; candidates must be able to produce high-quality written work product with minimal supervision.
• Strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work with innovative technology platforms; Harvey AI is used to accelerate research and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters with supervision and collaboration across the team.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with high quality and accuracy.
• Engage with clients, business teams, and lawyers to support case strategy and advocacy.
