Draft and negotiate a range of transactional documents

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to manage deal execution

Provide strategic guidance on corporate governance practices

Engage with clients from the U.S., Asia, and global markets in cross-border transactions

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in corporate transactions, including:

Registered equity offerings

Public company representation and SEC compliance

Mergers and acquisitions

Background in life sciences preferred; demonstrated interest required

Demonstrated ability to manage deal components independently and contribute to team-based transactions

Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills

Bar admission in good standing, or ability to obtain promptly

Education:
