Job summary

Knight Law Group, LLP in Century City, Los Angeles, CA seeks a mid-level Associate Attorney (Attorney II) with 5–10 years of litigation experience to represent California consumers against car manufacturers and dealers. The role offers exposure to written discovery, law & motion, depositions, and trial preparation with mentorship from senior attorneys.

Candidates should be licensed California attorneys, in good standing, with strong writing, advocacy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• At least three years of California litigation experience.
• Interest in consumer protection and representing clients against manufacturers/dealers.
• Team player with strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft written discovery, review responses and manage e-discovery.
• Work on motions, pleadings, and prepare for oral arguments.
• Prepare and defend consumer depositions and manage witnesses.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections with experts and support depositions.
• Maintain timely reporting and billing; assist Partners as needed.
