Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with active California State Bar membership.
• Experience handling California Lemon Law matters in litigation.

• Strong drafting, research, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in California lemon law matters through settlement negotiations and litigation.
• Advise clients on legal rights and case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Investigate claims and analyze repair records, expert reports, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties during litigation.
• Manage case deadlines, court filings, and overall litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Stay informed on developments in California lemon law and consumer protection regulations.
