Job summary

HarveStaff LLC in Muscatine, IA is seeking a Mid Level Laboratory Assistant to perform routine analytical testing in a 24/7 laboratory environment, supporting process and quality control activities. • 3–4 years of laboratory or chemical analysis experience preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory testing procedures.
• Basic knowledge of HPLC and GC operations.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot analytical laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and hazardous waste regulations.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
• Must be available to work the 10:30 PM–6:30 AM Monday–Friday shift.
• Must be flexible to work other shifts and overtime based on business needs.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 laboratory environment.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $22.14 to $30.14 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
