Location

Duties

1. Lead and support all phases of patent litigation, from pre-filing investigation through trial and appeal
2. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
3. Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and work with technical experts
4. Participate in client meetings and contribute to case strategy
5. Collaborate with cross-office legal teams on multi-jurisdictional litigation
6. Stay current with developments in IP law and litigation trends

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of experience handling patent litigation matters
2. Experience representing clients before U.S. District Courts and/or the International Trade Commission (ITC)
3. Strong case management and organizational skills
4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in one of the following or related fields:

1. Computer Science
2. Biology
3. Physics

Certifications

Must be admitted to the California Bar.
