The role requires expertise in structuring separately managed accounts, secondary transactions, and carry vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong academic background and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple office locations.

Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on the formation and investments in private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Assist with secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles.
• Provide counsel on structuring separately managed accounts.
• Draft and review investment-related documents.
• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to design strategic legal solutions.
• Manage client relationships and provide timely updates.
• Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment funds law.
• Strong background in the formation and investment of private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts, and structuring carry vehicles is preferred.
• Previous experience in an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
