Destree Design Architects, Inc. is seeking an Interior Designer who is creative and detail-oriented, with an interest in both business environments and high-end single-family residential projects.

The role involves concept development, material research, graphics, design development, and coordination with contractors and clients. Responsibilities include coordinating project work and submittals with consultants; drafting in Revit and AutoCAD; reviewing shop drawings; presenting in SketchUp;

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Interior Design experience.
• Solid design talent that reflects innovative solutions.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and apply building codes related to interior architecture.
• SketchUp, Lumion, & Enscape experience is a plus.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-direct your schedule, multitask and prioritize your day, communicate, and function as part of a design team.
• Experience performing in a deadline-driven environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.
• CIDQ certification is a plus.
