Responsibilities

• Administrar a solução de proteção de endpoint e a conscientização de segurança.

• Gerenciar vulnerabilidades, realizar varreduras periódicas e acompanhar remediações.

Within the team ofInfrastructureyour mission will be: Support the ICT team in protecting the company's IT environment, acting directly in the security of devices, networks, tools and access used by people.

Will be responsible for administering the endpoint protection solution and security awareness, managing vulnerabilities, monitoring asset compliance with policies and monitoring and responding to security alerts and incidents, ensuring that risks are identified and addressed. You will also manage and review access and permissions, take care of the security of company tools and assess risks of new tools, integrations and suppliers.

Additionally, you will support security initiatives, keep policies, procedures and incident response and business continuity plans updated, and propose improvements that strengthen the company's security posture.

Now take a look at the main responsibilities of the position:

• Administer the endpoint protection solution, ensuring device coverage and treatment of identified threats;
• Administer the security awareness platform, conducting phishing campaigns and training;
• Monitor the security of office networks, including firewall and wireless networks;
• Monitor asset compliance with security policies, including updates, configurations and security controls;
• Manage asset vulnerabilities, conducting periodic scans, analyzing risks and monitoring remediation;
• Monitor and act on security events and alerts, performing triage, investigation, documentation and incident handling;
• Administer the security of tools used by the company, reviewing configurations, authentication, integrations and security controls;
• Manage and review access and permissions, with a focus on privileges, authentication and administrative accounts;
• Assess risks related to new tools, integrations and suppliers, supporting the approval process;
• Support initiatives related to LGPD and security frameworks and standards;
• Maintain and test incident response and business continuity procedures;
• Document and keep security policies, procedures and processes updated;
• Identify and propose improvements in the company's security posture, considering risks, vulnerabilities and threat trends;

To participate in this selection, our expectation is that you have:

• Experience in information security or IT infrastructure with work in security;
• Experience in administering endpoint protection solutions (Crowdstrike, Sophos, ESET, Kaspersky) and incident handling;
• Experience with vulnerability management in the internal IT environment (devices, network and corporate tools);
• Knowledge of networks and network security, including firewall and wireless networks;
• Experience with access and permission management, including multi-factor authentication (MFA);
• Experience with triage, investigation and handling of security alerts and incidents;
• Experience in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures;

It is a differential if you have:

• Experience with security awareness platforms, including simulated phishing campaigns and training.
• Experience with security event monitoring tools (SIEM).
• Experience in assessing risks of new tools, integrations and suppliers.
• Experience with incident response and IT continuity plans, including testing, with a focus on the internal environment (devices, network, access and corporate tools).
• Experience with asset compliance management (updates, configurations and security controls).
