Job summary

Bluehawk LLC seeks a HUMINT Policy Analyst (Mid) to support strategic HUMINT policy development, review, and implementation within the DoD and Intelligence Community. The role bridges policy with operational experience, emphasizing governance and guidance alignment with ICDs and DoDIs.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in HUMINT/OMT, strong policy development skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders while briefing senior leaders. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
8+ years of full-time HUMINT/OMT experience.
5+ years in a strategic Military Intelligence or IC role supporting HUMINT activities.
Proficient with DoD Instructions (DoDIs) and ICDs.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to brief senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Support development, review, revision, and implementation of HUMINT policies and guidance.
Research, analyze, and draft HUMINT policy documents and governance products.
Ensure alignment with national, DoD, Army, and IC requirements.
Coordinate with military services, combatant commands, and IC organizations to gather input.
Prepare briefings, policy papers, executive summaries, and reports for senior leaders.
