Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level HUMINT Desk Officer to support strategic HUMINT operations, coordination, and intelligence management activities within a national-level organization. The selected candidate will provide oversight of HUMINT operations and deliver briefings to leadership from Fort Belvoir, VA.

Requirements include an active TS/SCI clearance, a Counterintelligence‑Scope Polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree, and 10 years in HUMINT leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph with NDI results required.
10 years of full-time HUMINT management or leadership experience.
5 years of strategic experience in controlled HUMINT operations within the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and management of strategic HUMINT operations.
Operational oversight and synchronization of controlled HUMINT activities.
Provide analysis, briefings, and recommendations to government leadership.
Coordinate intelligence activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
Support battle staff functions and intelligence cycle activities, including collection, analysis, production, and dissemination.
Prepare operational updates, executive briefings, reports, and decision-support products.
Assist with cyber HUMINT and technical operations as required.
Maintain compliance with Intelligence Community policies, directives, and operational procedures.
