Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level HUMINT Desk Officer to support strategic HUMINT operations, coordination, and intelligence management activities within a national-level organization. The selected candidate will provide oversight of HUMINT operations and deliver briefings to leadership from Fort Belvoir, VA.

Requirements include an active TS/SCI clearance, a Counterintelligence‑Scope Polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree, and 10 years in HUMINT leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph with NDI results required.
• 10 years of full-time HUMINT management or leadership experience.
• 5 years of strategic experience in controlled HUMINT operations within the last 10 years.

Aufgaben

• Support the planning, coordination, and management of strategic HUMINT operations.
• Operational oversight and synchronization of controlled HUMINT activities.
• Provide analysis, briefings, and recommendations to government leadership.
• Coordinate intelligence activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Support battle staff functions and intelligence cycle activities, including collection, analysis, production, and dissemination.
• Prepare operational updates, executive briefings, reports, and decision-support products.
• Assist with cyber HUMINT and technical operations as required.
• Maintain compliance with Intelligence Community policies, directives, and operational procedures.
