• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC, in good standing.
• At least 3 years of substantive government contracts law experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of government contracts matters, including bid protests and investigations.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal procurement regulations and national security laws.
• Support transactional matters involving government contractors, including diligence and regulatory approvals.
• Negotiate complex agreements with government agencies, such as OTAs and TIAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory and enforcement risks.
