Keystone Distinction Group seeks an Associate Attorney for its Defense, National Security & Government Contracts Practice Group in Washington, DC. You will advise on broad government contracts issues, bid protests, and internal investigations, with strong emphasis on compliance and disputes.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, a top-tier JD, and DC bar admission or eligibility. This hybrid role offers exposure to high-profile matters and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active or eligible DC bar admission.
• 5–8 years of substantive Government Contracts experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and federal procurement matters.
• Excellent writing and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on government contracts and federal procurement matters.
• Handle bid protests, Contract Disputes Act claims, and related disputes.
• Counsel on FAR compliance and procurement regulations.
• Support internal investigations involving government contracting issues.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and related legal documents.
• Provide strategic regulatory and risk-management guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on complex matters.
