Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a fundraising leader to strengthen donor relationships and steward a growing portfolio of mid-level gifts in Salt Lake City. You will lead a team of mid-level gift officers, drive revenue, set strategy, and cultivate a culture of generosity within a fast-paced nonprofit program.

You will partner with the Annual Giving Director and Foundation partners to advance fundraising goals, ensure data integrity in Blackbaud’s Raiser's Edge, and deliver measurable results across donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.
• 5+ years of fundraising experience with demonstrated achievement managing a portfolio of individual donors.
• Experience leading a team.
