Job summary

The role involves managing 75–100 donors and 225–300 moves annually, plus crafting proposals and grant submissions to support funding targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years related experience or equivalent
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents
• Experience in asking for and closing gifts of $25,000+
• Experience in managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience, coursework, or training in fundraising principles and practices
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Safety Program
