Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience with industrial gas compression equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools.
• Developing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and regulatory requirements to support a zero-incident culture.
• Safely perform tear-downs, inspections, cleaning, and rebuilds of gas compressors and gas-driven engines.
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Interpret blueprints and technical documentation to complete work.
• Document work performed and report equipment conditions.
• Collaborate with team members, operations, and supervision.
• Work flexible hours to meet operational needs.
