The US Banking and Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking mid-level to senior associates with 3 or more years of experience. The successful candidate will have experience in securitization, warehouse financing and other related structured finance transactions. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred. We are looking to add lawyers to sit in any of Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco or Washington, D.C. The salary for this position is $260,000 to $435,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified above. This position is eligible for the Firm’s annual bonus program.
