Citi is seeking an Intermediate Associate Executive Response Analyst to join our Hybrid team across multiple U.S. locations.

The role focuses on delivering personalized service to senior executives and clients, while conducting in-depth investigations and coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Marketing and other partners to resolve complex issues. The position emphasizes timely, accurate responses, risk awareness, and escalation within established guidelines, contributing to Citi’s regulatory

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to customers communicating with the Office of the Chairman and other executives.
• Resolve customer issues and advocate for the client while balancing prudent business judgment.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Marketing and other partners.
• Write personalized responses and ensure timely escalation per standards.
• Capture demographic and investigation status in a central tracking system.
• Route issues to business partners for input and inclusion in regulatory responses.
• Identify key problem areas affecting larger client segments and coordinate remediation.
• Make decisions within established procedures with minimal supervision.
• Apply technical and professional principles to support team objectives and service quality.
• Serve as point of contact for senior management and partners to resolve complex cases.
• Assess risk in line with regulatory requirements and Citi’s governance.
