Overview

• Focuses on executive and equity compensation, including in connection with strategic and private equity M&A transactions, as well as day-to-day advice and counseling.
• The Compensation & Benefits group advises public companies and innovative high-growth businesses and their investors on a wide range of compensation and benefits matters.
• Responsibilities include evaluating and resolving executive pay and benefits considerations in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other corporate deals; drafting and advising on equity and cash incentive plans and executive employment agreements; and drafting SEC-required compensation and benefits disclosures for securities filings.
• The firm ideally seeks candidates with experience and/or a desire to work with growth-stage technology and life sciences companies and investors; experience with qualified retirement plans, ESOPs, and health and welfare plans is a plus.
