Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of work experience working with electronics assemblies.
• Strong experience in PCB manufacturing preferred.
• Previous experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Electronics Manufacturing required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of prototype and production builds.
• Facilitate smooth transitions of products into full-scale manufacturing.
• Drive verification and reliability efforts.
• Oversee product data management and BOM strategies.
• Ensure compliance by creating necessary documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Support project management with technical input.
• Oversee development of work instructions and training.
• Deliver product support to customers.
