Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Mid Level Electrical Engineer to contribute to power project design in Raleigh, NC. You will apply engineering techniques, develop specifications, and prepare electrical layouts and calculations as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and EIT license.
• At least 3 years' experience performing power engineering duties.
• Familiar with electrical design software tools and basic computer operation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques for large power projects.
• Formulate technical specs and coordinate design with construction partners.
• Prepare electrical designs including layout, schematics, and calculations.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Collaborate with in-house engineers and construction to deliver client projects.
