Qualifications

• Admitted to the California Bar is required.

• Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case management.
• 4–6 years of post-law school experience in complex commercial litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on all phases of litigation, including discovery management and pleadings drafting.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and motion practice.
