Baker McKenzie's Dallas or Houston office seeks an associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience for the Dispute Resolution Practice Group, supporting its securities litigation, SEC enforcement, class actions, product liability, and complex commercial litigation practices. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills are required, as is experience with drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, briefing motions, and preparing for depositions. Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice, as well as experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions are strongly preferred; and a former clerkship with a federal district court or circuit court judge is a plus.
