Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Mid-Level Digital Forensic Analyst to support the DSCM program in Arlington, VA. The role requires onsite work 5 days a week and US citizenship with the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include forensic examinations of data from devices and cloud sources, reporting findings, and providing expert testimony as needed, with ongoing professional development in digital forensics and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of digital forensics experience or 3+ years with a Master's.
• One of the following professional certifications: GCFE, GASF, CFCE, ICMDE, BCERT, MDE, CDFE, CDMC, EnCE, CCO/CCPA, CCME, OFC.
• Proficiency with Cellebrite, Oxygen Forensics, Magnet AXIOM and related forensics tools.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and backup technologies.
• Ability to produce detailed, clear reports and testify when required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic examinations of digital data from multiple devices and sources.
• Apply scientific practices to identify and present digital evidence in investigations.
• Produce detailed reports for investigators, prosecutors, and stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support during evidence seizures and maintain chain of custody.
• Stay current on digital forensics, cybersecurity and related laws.
