Cintel, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer – Mid to join our Huntsville, AL team. You will design, deploy, and maintain DevSecOps tooling across secure environments, ensuring compliant workflows and robust infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of DevOps, system administration, or related experience.
• Strong experience with Linux-based environments (Red Hat preferred).
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Terraform, CloudFormation, Databricks, PKI.
• Hands-on with deploying, testing, maintaining, and administering cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, test, and certify DevSecOps infrastructure tools, including all operating systems, libraries, components, and dependencies.
• Serve as a primary Operations and Maintenance (O&M) engineer for multiple infrastructure tools and services.
• Use Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platforms to deploy and configure scalable, secure services.
• Configure and manage Linux-based servers, supporting dynamic web and backend services.
• Debug and troubleshoot cluster-based computing environments and architectures.
• Use scripting and programming (e.g., Python) to automate and resolve operational issues.
• Install, configure, and manage open-source monitoring tools and other performance-related services.
• Ensure systems meet cybersecurity compliance and RMF requirements where applicable.
• Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
