Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a data strategy leader to enhance, develop, and maintain a sustainable data strategy, management, and analytics program for the U.S. Transportation Command's Human Capital Strategy & Analytics Branch.

This role transforms data into actionable information for strategic human capital management, with emphasis on labor market analysis, talent retention, and data-driven decision support for active-duty, Reserve, and civilian personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years, or a PhD.
• Experience creating dashboards and BI, and/or data science tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; US citizenship and DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, develop, and maintain a sustainable data strategy, management, and analytics program for the US Transportation Command’s HC Strategy & Analytics Branch.
• Transform data into actionable information for strategic human capital management.
• Enhance labor market analysis for civilian recruitment and talent retention initiatives.
• Develop and deliver data-driven decisional products supporting active-duty, Guard and Reserve personnel, and civilians.
• Design and implement BI dashboards powered by predictive analysis and ML methods.
• Map and analyze data across secure and non-classified defense networks.
• Communicate and collaborate with users, SMEs, and leadership; improve tools for speed and accuracy.

• Enhance labor market analysis for civilian recruitment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Masters and 3 years, or PhD
• Experience with Palantir Foundry
• Experience creating dashboards and business intelligence, and/or data science tools
• Demonstrated collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
• U.S. citizenship required
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
