We are seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer to serve as a technical leader at the intersection of Palantir Foundry capabilities and complex enterprise data and operational initiatives four leading healthcare client. This role combines deep expertise in Palantir Foundry with hands-on solution architecture, development, and deployment leadership.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Palantir practitioner who can independently architect, build, and operationalize enterprise-grade solutions while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders. This individual will act as a Palantir FDE, driving platform adoption and delivering high-impact solutions across inventory, operational, analytics, and data transformation use cases.
Important: Candidates must have genuine, hands-on Palantir Foundry experience. Experience with adjacent data platforms is not a substitute.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end data integration pipelines using Palantir Foundry
- Architect scalable data models and Ontology structures, including object types, link types, action types, interfaces, and functions
- Develop and optimize Python, SQL, and Java-based transforms across distributed and lightweight processing frameworks
- Build TypeScript and Python Functions to support business logic, automation, and application functionality
- Create and configure Workshop applications, OSDK-based applications, and custom user experiences
- Implement enterprise data governance, security controls, permissions models, and access management frameworks
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows, including agent-based automation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-driven solutions
- Serve as the primary technical resource for business stakeholders and platform users
- Translate operational and business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Own the full deployment lifecycle, including discovery, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot complex data environments and integrate with legacy systems
- Deliver production-grade solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities and support new use cases
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to engineering teams
- Establish engineering best practices around testing, CI/CD, version control, and deployment standards
- Mentor engineers and platform users on Foundry development patterns and platform capabilities
- Contribute to internal documentation, reusable frameworks, and solution accelerators
- Stay current on evolving Palantir capabilities, including Pipeline Builder, Code Workspaces, Model Studio, OSDK, AI Platform (AIP), Cipher, and streaming technologies
- Develop machine learning and predictive analytics solutions using both no-code and pro-code approaches
- Leverage the complete Foundry lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, ontology development, applications, actions, and writeback processes
- Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve platform utilization and solution design
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data engineering practices
- Experience with PySpark, Pandas, Polars, or similar data processing frameworks
- Deep understanding of Foundry Ontology concepts, including object types, link types, action types, interfaces, and functions
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale data pipelines
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, forward-deployed environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong BigQuery experience, including optimization, data warehousing, and migration initiatives
- Experience with Palantir AIP, including AIP Logic, AIP Agents, and LLM-powered workflows
- Experience with machine learning workflows and predictive analytics solutions
- Knowledge of data governance, access controls, ABAC, and enterprise security frameworks
- Experience contributing to internal tooling, reusable frameworks, or platform best practices
