Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and deliver custom reporting and analytics for Convenience Retail and Major Oil verticals. You will interface with customers to understand needs, design technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining BI solutions on Azure-based platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to build audiences for campaigns and measure effectiveness, while acting as the analytics SME across the verticals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics requirements and deliverables.
• Experience building audiences and dashboards for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build audience segments for targeted campaigns across Email, SMS, and push messaging.
• Collaborate with CRM to manage audience transfers to Marketing Cloud.
• Serve as SME for Convenience Retail and Major Oil verticals and their analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL to prepare and validate data for reporting and audiences.
