Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and deliver custom reporting for Convenience Retail and Major Oil verticals. You will partner with analytics, marketing, and business leaders to create scalable analytics solutions that support mobile payments and loyalty programs.

You will act as SME for the verticals, translate customer needs into data solutions, and maintain BI assets on Azure, collaborating with CRM to support campaigns and measurement efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BI/Analytics experience.
• 3–5 years on a BI or analytics team.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including T-SQL and Spark SQL.
• Hands-on with Sigma Computing and Power BI (DAX).
• Experience with Azure data platform and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Build audience segments for targeted campaigns across Email, SMS, and push messaging.
• Work with CRM to manage audience transfers to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Serve as SME for Convenience Retail and Major Oil analytics.
• Develop reports and dashboards in Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Write and tune SQL to prepare and validate data for reporting.
