Ledgent Technology is seeking a Data Analyst to support the customer experience team in Irvine, CA. You will translate data into actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems to improve service performance and operations.

This business-facing role requires strong communication, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence decisions across sales, operations, and leadership. On-site, direct-hire position with compensation ranging from $35 to $42 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in data analytics or a similar role.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions.
• Background with data in customer service, sales, or order management.

Responsibilities

No Corp-to-corp / No Third-Party Agencies. Position: Data Analyst (Advanced Excel, PowerBI). Location: 100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Only local candidates will be considered). Terms: Direct-hire. Compensation: $35.00 to 42.00 per hour (DOE).

Partnered with a client who is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team by delivering actionable insights that improve customer service performance, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.

This is a unique, business-facing analytics role where you will combine technical expertise (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM systems) with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights
