Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. from an accredited law school, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and admission to practice in Texas or eligibility to waive in.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Class of 2021–2023 with 2–4 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets, SEC reporting, and/or public company representation.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to waive in).

Responsibilities

• Provide broad corporate transactional support on domestic and cross-border deals.
• Advise leading companies, investors, and sponsors; participate in client contact and development.
