Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments within the healthcare industry
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, commercial contracts, and organizational documents
Assist with corporate formation, governance, and strategic planning for healthcare clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service
Participate in mentoring and structured professional development programs
Take ownership of transactions and maintain direct client communication
Stay informed on legal developments in healthcare transactions and regulations
4–6 years of experience in M&A, private equity, or joint venture transactions
Experience working with clients in the healthcare industry is preferred
Active bar admission in the state where the position is based

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
