Qualificações

• 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience with commercial finance transactions.
• Experience in debt and equity capital markets.
• Ability to manage transactions with independent responsibility for documentation.
• Top law firm experience preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar
