Corporate Associate – Hybrid from Hartford, New Haven, Stamford or Boston

We are seeking an associate to join our corporate and transactional practice. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required. Although we would prefer a candidate to work out of our Hartford, Stamford, New Haven or Boston offices, with the ability to work remotely two days per week, we are flexible and will consider strong applicants who prefer to work remotely. The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $205,000. Salary determinations are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, length of past work experience, type of past work experience, the transferability of past work experience to the current position, full or part-time employment status, practice group and geographic location.
