Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a corporate associate to join its corporate practice group in either its San Diego office or Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have at least three to four years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate work and strong academic credentials. Experience with securities law matters is a plus. The successful candidate will receive meaningful mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for increasing responsibility and the opportunity to develop their own practice. We are looking for attorneys who are business-minded, confident, solutions-oriented and work well as part of a team. Prior experience at a large law firm is preferred. California bar admission is required.

The target annual pay range for this role is $255,000-280,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
