Orion Placement seeks an attorney to build a rewarding litigation practice representing community associations and common interest communities in Falls Church, VA. The role offers direct client interaction, meaningful courtroom exposure, and ownership of substantive matters.

The ideal candidate is admitted to the Virginia bar, with 1+ year of litigation experience and a willingness to grow in HOA and real estate-related litigation. D.C. bar is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia bar admission required.
• 1+ year of litigation experience required.
• Experience with HOA/condo/community association matters valued.
• Strong legal research, writing and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and sound professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Represent community associations and common interest communities in litigation and general legal matters.
• Manage assigned matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical litigation strategies.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, negotiations and other proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys on substantive matters.
• Take ownership of cases and develop courtroom and client-management skills.
• Help clients navigate disputes with practical, solutions-oriented approaches.

Pay:$140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

• Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus.
• D.C. bar admission is a plus.
