Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• New Jersey Bar admission and experience is preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is desirable.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, court appearances, discovery strategy and motion practice.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice areas.
• Manage significant responsibility while working independently and collaboratively.
• Engage with a diverse client base, including businesses and nonprofit organizations.
