BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level civil litigation attorney for a Parsippany, New Jersey position. The ideal candidate will have more than four years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Duties include managing cases through pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation; drafting motions; taking depositions; appearing in court and mediations; and collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience.
• Experience handling cases from inception through resolution.
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Experience with insurance coverage, general liability, or related practice areas preferred.
