BCG Attorney Search in Fair Lawn, NJ seeks a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic, collaborative team. You will manage an active caseload from inception through resolution and take direct ownership of matters with meaningful responsibility.

The ideal candidate has a JD, 3+ years of civil litigation experience, and NJ or NY bar admission (federal admission preferred). Exposure to healthcare, insurance coverage, or reimbursement disputes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school is required.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience is required.
• Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey or New York (both preferred).
• Federal court admission (either USDNJ or EDNY/SDNY) preferred.
• Experience in healthcare litigation, insurance coverage, or reimbursement disputes is preferred.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to manage cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft and file complaints and responsive pleadings.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
