Overview

• The associate will have extensive experience advising public companies on a variety of securities law compliance, disclosure, and corporate governance matters.
• The role requires independently managing day-to-day securities law counseling, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters for the Public Company Advisory group's growing public company client base.
• The Public Company Advisory group's clients operate across diverse industries such as technology, healthcare/life sciences, real estate/REITs, and retail/consumer services, encompassing Fortune 500 companies, newly-public emerging growth companies, and smaller reporting companies.
• The position is open to candidates with prior in-house securities/corporate governance experience looking to return to a law firm, as well as those currently practicing at a law firm.
