The role targets an attorney with 2–5 years of creditors' rights or related litigation experience in a collaborative setting.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $125K to $175K, with bonuses and a collegial work environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Maryland Bar admission required.
• 2–5 years of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, or financial services litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, litigation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions, creditors, landlords, and commercial clients in bankruptcy, foreclosures, and collection litigation.
• Handle loan workouts, restructurings, and creditor recovery strategies.
• Litigate in state and federal courts and draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and forbearance documents.
• Advise clients on enforcement and recovery strategies and coordinate with partners.
