Confidential Employer in Baltimore, MD seeks an attorney with 2+ years of experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy to join a collaborative team. The role focuses on commercial loan workouts, restructurings, and litigation with direct client interaction. We offer hybrid flexibility, advanced matters, and opportunities for growth.

Active MD/VA/DE/DC/PA bar admission is required along with strong writing and client-service skills. JD from ABA‑accredited school is essential.

Competenze

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active bar admission in MD, VA, DE, DC, or PA.
• 2+ years of practicing attorney experience.
• 1+ years of creditors' rights, commercial workouts, restructuring, or bankruptcy experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.
• Law firm experience preferred; qualified in-house and solo practitioners welcome.

Mansioni

• Represent banks, lenders, and creditors in commercial loan workouts, restructurings, and distressed financial matters.
• Develop effective creditor enforcement strategies involving collections, foreclosures, receiverships, and replevin.
• Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, including relief from stay motions and claims disputes.
• Draft and negotiate forbearance agreements, loan modifications, settlement agreements, and restructuring documents.
• Represent clients in creditors' rights litigation in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop creative, cost‑effective solutions for complex financial disputes.
• Work directly with clients to protect their interests and achieve successful outcomes.
