Job summary

Goodyear Automotive is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues, perform line technician services, and deliver outstanding service.

Role requires at least 1 year of automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and legal work authorization in the United States. We offer competitive pay, training, and fast-track career opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Willingness to learn new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
Brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
Provide guidance to junior automotive technicians and document work performed on repair orders.
